At LA Michelle, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Must include original tags and packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Important: Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different item?
The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, no questions asked.
Returned items must still meet our return conditions (unused, with tags, in original packaging, proof of purchase).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
